What does it mean to be an entertainer?

We have posed the question to them, to the entertainers, on the Wall of our Facebook page: For them, how would they describe the job of tourist entertainer?

For some, entertainment is an art, for others it is a totally unique experience. All agree that to be an entertainer, you don’t only plan activities around entertainment, whether sports, children or night shows, but you are also, and mainly, a Public Relations specialist with great talent with people.

We stuck with the definition by Guma Mike (his Facebook alias):

An entertainer must have an attractive personality capable of stirring admiration. The entertainer is someone with the power to transmit energy, to motivate, to help, to be aware, have fun, be vital, energetic, informative, adore children, very and I mean very polite and very charismatic as well. And most importantly, it all has to be natural—insists Guma Mike—people know when you are faking it and in the XXI century, if you have a big heart and perform with passion, you are guaranteed success wherever you go. But every entertainer has to recognise, you will never be loved by everyone!

Tourist entertainer profiles

Entertainers can work in teams of 2 to 15 people, which allows for differentiation among the variety of specialised profiles.
