The tourist entertainer has to give good vibes to all of the establishment’s guests. He is the host, and in order to do his work with a sincere smile, he is the first one who needs to feel at ease with his work. To this end, at Acttiv, we work to professionalise the tourist entertainer’s work, negotiating the best entertainment team work conditions with the tourist establishment, always remaining at the disposal of the workers to resolve questions or incidents.
ISO 9001-2008 QUALITY CERTIFICATE
Currently, Acttiv is the only tourist entertainment company in Spain to obtain the ISO 9001-2008 Quality Certificate. This distinction is recognized on an international level, and is a sign of the company’s commitment to quality and search for continual improvement.
ENTERTAINER WORK CONDITIONS
Acttiv’s tourist entertainer receives a work contract to be signed by them upon arriving at the establishment. Although, if they wish to consult its details, they may always request a model of the draft from the Human Resources department, which we will send to them via email.
The conditions of the work contract offered by Acttiv is permanent seasonal (although exceptions exist for concrete positions), and full-time; in other words, 40 hours per week. This contract grants the entertainers the following rights:
- Lodging (shared room in the hotel or apartment)
- Board (three daily meals minimum)
- Registration in Social Security
- Medical cover for work accidents
- Right to 30 days vacation per year.
Additionally, Acttiv has a Civil Responsibility insurance policy, and fulfils all obligations of the Work Risk Prevention Law.
