Las luces de la sala están apagadas. Música en vivo de fondo . Me encuentro sentada en una mesa de cristal. A mi derecha, Nicholas Ward, que entre todos sus triunfos, ha conseguido un quinto puesto en el Ironman de Lanzarote 2011. A mi izquierda, Rafa Botello, que forma parte de la élite mundial del atletismo en silla de ruedas de la máxima categoría, con una increíble trayectoria profesional, entre los que se encuentra haber competido en los Juegos Paralímpicos de Beijing 2008. Delante, Cristian Moya un joven triatleta que está empezando a despuntar y con un gran futuro por delante. Una conversación de exactamente media hora, ha sido lo que me ha impulsado a escribir este nuevo POST. Más sabe el sabio por viejo que por sabio, me dijo, sorprendiéndome, cada día más. Empapándome de la profesionalidad de los que creen en mi y de los que me demuestran que me quieren.
Una vez más lo hemos conseguido. Todo un equipo volcado en un evento. Durante una semana SANDSBEACH tuvo el placer de vivir y sentir el mundo del Windsurf, y cegarnos en la PWA Windsurfing Championship 2011. Los cuatro elementos estuvieron presentes: El aire con el que llegaron al podium, el mar donde pudieron bailar con sus velas, la tierra donde celebraron sus triunfos y el fuego, que en la noche del sábado los embrujo.
Prensa, televisión, radio… todos hablan sobre las estrellas del Windsurf, pero hay más estrellas en este evento, y son las que no se ven, y que hacen que el trabajo triunfe en su esplendor. Por supuesto, hablo del EQUIPO de profesionales con los que tengo el placer de trabajar. La experiencia me enseñó a rodearme de los mejores. Y un evento no sólo lo puede conseguir un departamento. Expectations, Illusions and dreams, words that all the guests have when they go on holiday, like I wrote in my first blog. Well, let’s talk about a very important aspect of entertainment and that are the Children.
The golden rule in entertainment is; “when the kids are happy, the parents are happy!” But is it that easy? No. Every entertainer has his/her vision about the mini/maxi club but in my eyes the mini/maxi club is something very important. It is not easy to keep the kids happy if you don’t put energy in them.

Well, like you saw the first bit of the salt fishes is done, now comes all the painting work and adding the details. Like I also wrote, it really takes a lot of time to make them but infortunatly I don’t have so much time to do all the fishes that way, so half of the fishes are going to be in carton, it goes a bit faster but the idea is still the same. Hola a todos, soy Daniel Klophaus. Durante estos días explicaré de forma breve los pasos a seguir en la creación de un programa de Navidad. Para ello en el siguiente post que publicaré el lunes os presentaré a Benoit Vermeulen , jefe de animación del hotel Sol Barbacan de Playa del Inglés para que nos cuente los entresijos que suponen la elaboración y coordinación de un exitoso programa de animación navideño así como que ha supuesto en su vida la animación. 
Como muchos, estos días estoy inmerso en la planificación del programa de Navidad del hotel H10 Playa Meloneras Palace. Este es un acontecimiento crucial donde el equipo de animación ha de estar totalmente compenetrado entre sus miembros, y con el resto de departamentos del establecimiento.
