PAPER WORK
Once your job has been confirmed by the hotel or campsite:
- We request your documentation so that HR can prepare your contract (we will also need a copy of your valid passport and a Criminal Record Certificate)
- We send you the employee handbook with all the info you need, including what clothes we recommend you bring
WELCOME
Now for the arrival instructions! We'll give you the telephone number of your coordinator at your destination and, as needed, also that of the chief entertainer.
We'll come to pick you up at the airport or railway station, or we'll hire a shuttle bus, or we'll let you know the easiest way to get to your hotel or house.
Zero worries, you're in good hands.
BOARD
Once you arrive at the hotel or campsite, your chief entertainer will welcome you.
They'll introduce you to the rest of the team, they'll bring you up to speed on what your work will be and show you where you'll be staying from then on.
FORMALITIES
Once you're settled in, your coordinator will come by so that you can get to know each other. You'll be able to ask them all your questions, and most importantly, you'll sign the contract. They'll help you with anything related to entertainment but also with work-related issues. You'll always be able to count on them.
Welcome on board!
If you're a non-Spanish candidate, you'll need to do 3 basic things (in this order):
The area coordinator will explain to you how to follow these steps and will accompany you to the police station to obtain your NIE. If you'd already like to put coordinators' faces to names, visit the destinations page.
